1. About Us
Davai Adda is an online pharmacy and healthcare store based in Subhash Nagar, Delhi, 110027. We offer health, and wellness products for sale through our online Store This do not includes any kind of Medicines.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with us. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Orders

  • You do not need a permanent account to browse our Store. To place an order, you may be required to log in using your mobile number via OTP verification.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided at checkout, including delivery address and contact details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Products

  • We sell OTC (over-the-counter) and healthcare products that do not require a doctor's prescription.
  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith; however, we do not guarantee that all details are error-free at all times. In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
  • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and Cash-on-Delivery (COD), as available.
  • In case of a failed payment, any amount debited will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 7–10 working days.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently deliver across India. Shipping charges vary by delivery zone (Delhi, Zone 1, Zone 2) and are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines vary by location — same-day/few-hour delivery within select Delhi pin codes, and standard courier timelines for the rest of India.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, or regional disruptions.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Returns and cancellations are governed by our [Return Policy], which forms part of these Terms.
  • Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
  • Certain items, including opened products and those nearing expiry, are not eligible for return due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
